The Academy is committed to nurturing a love of the performance arts by providing performance-based education to a diverse community of creative artists. We believe in an eclectic curriculum to expose students to various performance art styles. Our programs provide individual attention in small classes, with a faculty composed of professional performance artists and teachers who excel at their craftt. The Academy strives to create a supportive, and encouraging environment for students to develop the skills, confidence, imagination, and power to contribute to their community as artists, entrepreneurs, visionaries, lifelong learners, and conscientious citizens of the world.

The Kaleidoscope Players, our longest running program, are the "performance arm" of the Youth Theater, specializing in community outreach through bringing stories to life on stage. This elite, auditioned group offers students a more professional experience in addition to their regular classes. Commitment, maturity, responsibilty, and skill expectations are high for each actor cast. Players rehearse an average of two nights per week for ten weeks before presenting 3 ticketed performances for community audiences over one weekend.

Every summer Kaleidoscope offers a variety of summer camp options for students grades K through high school, ranging in format from workshops, drama exploration camps to two-week theater production camps. There's something for everyone!
