We are...
"Imagination in Action" -
Growing creative kids and community through theater.
For over twenty years, Kaleidoscope Youth Theater (KYT) has offered amazing opportunities for children and youth in the Gallatin Valley and beyond to participate in the wonderful world of theater arts and to share family-friendly performances with community audiences of all ages.
Recognizing kids have a tremendous capacity for reaching high skill levels and meeting challenges, we believe theater is the perfect outlet for kids to do just that! Through theater, youth not only learn valuable performance skills but also cultivate teamwork, develop empathy for others, learn responsibility, and grow confidence in themselves and their abilities that will last a life time. Not to mention, that creating living art on stage is meaningful to participants and audience alike as well as providing a fun release for youthful energy!
Due to recently losing our home venue, Kaleidoscope is currently "homeless," so we are only able to offer classes, performances, and summer camps on a limited basis at this time. We hope during this time of transitions- as we "turn the drum" of our Kaleidoscope- we will be surprised and excited by the new pictures the future presents!
*Over 20 Years of Summer Camps...
and now one more!
YAY!
Limited Spaces
**Due to the current surreal Covid-19 environment we are all experiencing,
our KYT summer camp plans have been cancelled as of this time.
Registration will only begin
if and when social distancing guidelines allows and if we can
insure a safe theater experience
for our students.
We'll be sure to keep you posted if anything changes.
In the meantime, please
take care and stay healthy
so we can hopefully "play" together
again sometime soon.
We miss you
and all we can create together!
